Project: Manufacture and installation of steel structures for a sulfur storage facility and melting building in 2023–2024
We manufactured steel frames for a sulfur storage facility and melting building at the Yara factory in Siilinjärvi. The project included a wide range of steel structures, which were manufactured in accordance with precise requirements.
Key implementations:
- Versatile steel structures – We manufactured steel frames, railings, flat grates, LP beam and roof connection parts, trusses, roof structures, door frames, pipe supports, stair towers, and roof hatches, among other things.
- High-quality materials – We used HST steel, which guarantees the durability and longevity of the structures.
- Surface treatment – The steel was hot-dip galvanized and painted before delivery to ensure the longevity and weather resistance of the structures.
- Weather-resistant finish – The structures were painted with a special hard-drying, two-component, quick-drying epoxy primer in RAL7040.
- Safety testing – The steel was NDT tested to ensure quality before delivery.
We carried out the project with great care, ensuring that all structures met the requirements of the industrial environment.
