Steel structures for industry – installed and ready to use

We have been working in a variety of factory environments for years, including concrete plants, fertiliser plants, pulp and paper mills. We offer comprehensive services for industrial needs, including:

New construction projects – We fabricate and install frame structures and other steel structures such as pipe bridges, treatment levels, stacks and tanks.

Repairs of production lines and equipment – We work closely with factories and offer on-site welding and maintenance services. If required, we also service production equipment in our own machine shop.

Maintenance and repair of process equipment – We have strong experience in the maintenance of silos, tanks, pipelines, crushers, rod mills, cyclones, tilting moulds, etc.

Maintenance shutdown – A professional installation team of up to 20 people is available, as well as our own crane truck to efficiently support installation work.

High quality tanks and pressure equipment for demanding needs

We manufacture process and storage tanks, heat accumulators and pressure equipment to the highest quality standards:

  • Process and storage tanks – EN 12285, EN 14015, API650, API620
  • Pressure equipment – EN 13445, PED module G

We design all process and storage tanks ourselves, and for the sizing of pressure equipment we draw on the expertise of our trusted partners. We manufacture all tanks, silos, ductwork, heat accumulators and piping on a project-specific basis according to material requirements – typically in structural or stainless steel.

In addition, we offer comprehensive maintenance and repair services to ensure the safety and long service life of your equipment.

Our strong expertise covers the maintenance and repair of factory production lines, machinery and process equipment. The equipment we service includes:

  • Dump moulds

We offer welding and maintenance services directly on site or carry out maintenance and repairs on production equipment in our own workshop. Our professional installation team of up to 20 people and our own crane truck ensure that service visits are carried out efficiently and according to plan.
